Have used Gold Line twice within the last couple of months, one of which was a very last-minute booking.Gui and the boys (Alex, Enzo, Rick, Robson, and Rodrigo) were all absolutely fantastic to deal with and very accomodating.I know that removalists generally have a poor reputation, but these guys handled everything with care and the wooden floor of the truck bed made sure that my items weren’t damaged.Highly recommended, and will use again!

I have used Gold Line twice in the past 12 months for moves in Sydney. They have been excellent to deal with. The move was for a 3 bedroom house in the lower North Shore.On each move the Gold Line staff were punctual, friend and professional. They were careful with my possessions and got the moves done quickly and efficiently. I recommend without hesitation.

I was pleased with the two gentlemen, Lucas & Wagner, who assisted with my move.They were civil & careful with my furniture & possessions. I cannot speak highly enough about the service provided.The two gentlemen moving my belongings were so careful with my things. It was a much bigger job than I anticipated and access was not as straightforward as I thought it would be.There were added complications, with settlement being delayed by an hour and the agent not meeting me at the destination to handover keys, as planned. Nevertheless, the gentlemen moving my things, stayed calm, professional and continued smiling.I highly recommend Gold Line Removals for any move.Thank you!

Had to make a last minute booking, I was very unprepared but this company just made everything so seamless and easy and nothing was too difficult for them. The process was so quick and I had so many things, on top of that all my fragile glassware and all my plants were so well taken care of. From start to finish it was A+, I hope the bosses pay these boys well because they deserve it. Will definitely use this company again.

Guilherme and his team were super fast and efficient at packing up our apartment and moving everything into our new house in Port Macquarie. Probably the most competitive prices around too. Nothing was too difficult for the them. Would recommend to anyone moving house.

Highly recommended. They were able to do my move short notice when another removalist I had booked dropped out. They were on time, communicated well and treated my items well. Their online booking system and payment system is very good. They also helped me connect my appliances and rebuild my bed on the other side and were able to pull apart a table and put it back together to get it into my small place.

The service was great! And I highly recommend it. The boys were very careful with my stuff and helped assembling the furniture that I needed. They did the moving in a calm way but in a good time frame. Also, the price was good for the service. Very happy with my choice!

We've used GoldLine's services twice now (which is in itself the best proof of satisfaction)... Love their service attitude. Someone from the company will check in before and during the move. We've had different movers for the two jobs and they all have in common that they are careful, professional, efficient and smart in the way they put things together in the truck so everything fits, while at the same time protecting delicate objects from harm. Will continue using their services!

From the first contact, this organisation offered nothing but professional service. They were totally trustworthy from the first call to the day of shifting. The removalists worked so hard for 9 hours straight and despite it being a tricky move, they remained positive and energetic right until the last box was in. They even assisted us to arrange the furniture and assembling the couch and bed. They made the whole experience easier and stress-free.

Guilherme and his team were outstanding. Talk about efficient, on time and hard working. Your biggest concern when moving is, what you have been quoted and the end charge… the quotation is exactly what was charged and the job was completed within that time estimated. They problem solved if there was an issue, they didn’t damage anything and were extremely polite and helpful. Until using Gold Line I had not had any good experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Very thankful for Gui for promptly replying to my query. We had to switch movers at the 11th hour during the Christmas holiday so we were fortunate that Gold Line still had an availability on our preferred date. Gui and Julio were both very helpful, and professional and took care of our stuff.

The most straightforward moving experience we could have imagined. The two removalists had a really positive attitude and dealt easily with the challenges of moving large items through tight turns and up stairs. Everything was moved quickly and efficiently, without any damage, and at a reasonable price. We’ve recommended Gold Line to others after the great job they did.

I was very happy with my movers, Victor and Julio. They arrived on time and wearing masks which put me instantly at ease as moving during a pandemic is not ideal! They were friendly, careful, quick and efficient. My furniture arrived in tact and they took great care with my tv, which was my biggest concern. The whole move only took 2.5 hours which is exactly what they quoted me and the price was exactly as quoted. Overall I was very happy and would definitely recommend Gold Line Removals. Thanks for everything!

I booked my removal with other removalist almost a month ahead but it was cancelled a few days prior to removal date as They had some issue. I called Gold-line removals as they were recommended by a workmate. They fit my job in and was done very professional and quick. Thanks to Gui and his team.

Hard-working, punctual and careful team. It took a bit of time because we lived at the top of a two-storey building with no lift.Everything was moved without being damaged and taking great care in handling our possessions.They even set up my washing machine for me.Would highly recommend and use again. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service - the movers were professional and went above and beyond, so I was very grateful.I imagine it would have been a particularly tough job; they had to get the truck inside a townhouse complex of the starting property with very narrow driveways, but they managed that without any issue or complaint.At the destination property, they also had to go up three flights of stairs (no lift...) and to make things harder, the electricity wasn't on for the first hour, so they had to work in the dark.I was extremely happy with the work the two guys did (Felipe and I can't forget the other guy's name - sorry!), so please do pass on my sincere gratitude to them both!

From my initial inquiry to the moment the guys finished the job, I was very pleased with Gold Line's service. Guilherme was extremely responsive and followed up with my enquiries promptly. The removalists on the day - Talis and Patrick - were on time, friendly and very careful with my 1 bed unit move from Cremorne to Marrickville. The fact that they had to move in that terrible rain we recently had didn't stop their positive attitude and they did it in really good time.I thoroughly recommend Gold Line and will use them again.

I made an afternoon booking but the start time was late. Whilst it is understandable that delays can occur, in my case the previous job took longer than expected, I received no communication whatsover from the operations manager regarding the delay. I had to contact him several times for a response because he failed to call back. Furthermore, if they knew the first job would have run ovetime, another crew should have come instead to prevent further delays. The crew did an excellent job but the image is overshadowed by the very poor customer service

Great work by goldline. Turned up right on time and were swift and careful in packing my apartment into the truck. My sofa was a bit too long for the new apartment but they made quick work of getting it up over the balcony. All in all great service at good value.

Guillerme and his team of men of Gold Line Removals are outstanding removalists. Prompt, fast and careful! They are efficient and all excellent English speakers. I am a property stylist so use them regularly for moving furniture from my warehouses to jobs. I have always been impressed with the care they take of my furniture as well as the houses, stairwells, door frames etc. within the properties. I would highly recommend!
