Sydney Storage Solutions FAQ
What types of storage units do you offer?
We provide secure storage pods, each with a capacity of 10 cubic meters. On the day of collection, our team loads your items into the truck, transports them to our warehouse, and then unloads them directly into individual storage pods.
How does your storage solution works?
You can either send us a list of your items or request an estimate. Based on the volume, we’ll recommend the number of pods you’ll need. On your scheduled day, our team arrives with the truck, packs your items securely, and transports them to our storage facility. Once at the warehouse, everything is carefully unloaded into your allocated pod(s).
Is there a minimum rental period for the storage units?
No – we offer month-to-month storage with no lock-in contracts, giving you total flexibility.
How secure are your storage facilities
Each pod is locked with a heavy-duty padlock, and once stored inside the warehouse, the entire facility is monitored by 24/7 security cameras for your peace of mind.
Can I access the storage unit at any time?
Access is available by appointment only. We kindly ask for 72 hours’ notice to ensure availability and allow us to prepare your pod for access.
Do you offer insurance for items stored in your facility?
We do not provide insurance for stored items. However, you’re welcome to arrange your own contents insurance. (Please note: current Australian regulations do not allow storage providers to sell insurance directly.)
What is the cost of renting a storage unit?
Each 10 cubic meter pod costs $199 per month.
What items are prohibited from being stored in your units?
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be stored: Jewellery or cash (not recommended for security reasons) Hazardous or illegal materials, Perishable good
