It’s best to book your move as soon as you know your moving date. For home or office removals, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy periods like weekends or the end of the month. If you need last-minute help, give us a call—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
Do you supply packing materials, or should I get my own?
We’ve got you covered! We provide all the packing materials you’ll need, including sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, and protective covers. We can deliver them to your door ahead of time or bring them with us on moving day if we’re handling the packing for you.
Can you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes, we can! Our team is skilled at disassembling and reassembling furniture like beds, desks, and wardrobes. We bring all the necessary tools to ensure your furniture is safely taken apart and put back together at your new location.
What kind of storage solutions do you offer?
We provide secure storage pods, each with a capacity of 10 cubic meters. On the day of collection, our team loads your items into the truck, transports them to our warehouse, and then unloads them directly into individual storage pods.
How do you handle fragile or valuable items?
We take extra care with fragile or valuable items like artwork, antiques, and electronics. Our team uses high-quality packing materials and custom crating when needed to ensure everything is protected during transit. Your valuables are in safe hands with us!
Can I book a same-day move?
Yes, we offer same-day moving services within Sydney for both homes and offices, depending on availability. If you need to move urgently, contact us as soon as possible so we can check our schedule and help make it happen.
How does payment work?
Most major credit cards are accepted, we also accept bank transfer. All the jobs require some deposit, and this needs to happen by card. Keep in mind we also charge 50% of the minimum charge in advance.
